They came to the house and measured our outdated kitchen. I was very impressed with the way the drawings turned out. My wife got everything she was looking for. I would use again in the future.

Tony and his crew are the best! They partitioned off the kitchen from the rest of the house and protected the furniture and floors to minimize dust. Agnes provided an incredible design, and took a fairly typical galley kitchen and opened it into a centerpiece of the rooms. It went a bit spendy (personal choice) on some of the high impact items like tile, backsplash, plumbing which changed the price a bit, but it was my choice once we got into the project as it was out of the original scope. There were no surprises, for the most part we were on schedule. A couple of delays with coordinating the fire sprinkler move and also coordination with the building for the gas line move, but those were building related and not contractor related. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the outcome. I plan to use Tony and team to redo a bathroom in the near future.

his company was a pleasure to work to with, my friends all told me a kitchen remodel would be a nightmare to live through. Tony at iBuild made this experience very comfortable and it was easy to live in my home while to work was going on. The crews were very clean and courteous and all my work was done in a timely fashion. The salesman Tony helped me every step of the way and was on site often making sure things went smoothly. He listened to my ideas and made them come to life, my kitchen is amazing!

I contacted I build for an estimate along with a few other local contractors. We were looking to complete a full remodel to our bathroom and change our tub to a walk in shower with a bench seat. Out of the four companies that we contacted iBuild was most responsive to our questions and provided some great design concepts as well as having competitive pricing. We choose to hire IBuild and worked with the salesman/project manager named Tony who worked with us from start to finish. They did a great job and were so clean I could barely tell that someone was even working in my home. The project came in right on time as they had told me during my initial estimate, they completed my project in just under two weeks. They made the purchasing of all the finish work so easy since they have access to all of the key components that we needed to complete our project.
One great thing about iBuild is that they are a reseller of cabinets so I purchased directly through them which save me time and money having to work with someone else on design and pricing. I would recommend I build for any major renovations as I'm sure they will take as much care and pride on your job as they did mine. Thank you iBuild for giving us the bathroom we were looking for!

All of my previous remodeling experiences have been less than pleasant. I was pretty sure it would go as usual- my husband would make all the choices and I would be stuck with a kitchen I was in the most and liked the least. We weren't expecting to go with a private company but iBuild were quick to respond to us and have a designer on staff! They made the overwhelming task of remodeling the entire first floor and both bathrooms seem really simple. We wanted a more modern look but nothing too flashy. They brought over samples and pictures of work they've done for other home-owners. The staff put our thoughts on paper to a T. I think that's what made remodeling so much at one time so easy. Tony gave us guidance with how to add in the features we typically wouldn't have chosen by ourselves: cabinets to the ceiling with lighting beneath, back splash, dark counter tops, crown molding. If there was something we wanted that was higher in price, Tony found a way to fit it in and adjust our budget in other areas. Probably one of the best things about this company is their accountability. The crew was there as scheduled and they kept us in the loop with everything. There were no surprises or added costs. Even with my husband (impressive) and just as we planned- the work they did is absolutely beautiful. At the end of the project, Tony suggested crown molding for the entire first floor. He agreed to pay for the labor if we paid for the material. It was a deal we knew we couldn't pass up. Overall- they are well worth your time and $$$. I'd give this company an A+.

The designer came out and gave me the design in about an hour and a half. You will get basic reliable work. They did provide me with my own copy of the design. They did follow up to see if I was going to complete the work.

I contacted Jay at I Build to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Jay and I Build had previously done a total tear off of my roof and they did such an excellent job that I was happy to hire them to do some interior work as well. Just like last time, Jay was great. He was at my house at least three times every week making sure that the work was progressing and on schedule. He was available to answer all of my questions and really kept me informed. The end result for both rooms is just beautiful. Thanks to Jay and the whole I Build team.

We recently completed a first floor renovation with iBuild and are exceptionally pleased with the results. Our project included installing hardwood, all new trim and interior doors on the first floor, new windows, lofting our family room ceiling, masonry on the exterior brick and interior fire place, load bearing wall removal (including installing a 16 foot steel header beam), relocating the powder room door and a full kitchen gut - to the studs (which included plumbing, electric, etc.)
We went into the project with a rough plan for the kitchen. Tony and Michelle worked with us from the start to modify the kitchen design to maximize efficiency in our space and fit our family's habits and needs. We revised and tweaked the design several times based on changes we made and recommendations from them. With each of their recommendations, they explained the "why" behind it - after designing so many kitchen spaces, they are experts and understand functionality and flow - and now that we're in our finished space, I appreciate every change they recommended. Their experience was what we needed to achieve a well-designed kitchen.
Like any project, there were unknown factors until the demolition was finished and you could see what was behind the walls. And like most projects, we had a few challenges. Voytek, on Tony's team, found solutions for every problem to ensure we achieved our goals and the space was what we had envisioned. Tony made sure we did so, within budget.
Our daily team included Slavic and Chris. They were respectful, easy to work with and cleaned up where they'd been working each day - we were still living in the home during the renovation so this was especially appreciated. They were able to take a photo I would send to them of a finished element - trim, a new mantle, etc. - and recreate it to fit into our space, giving us a truly customized project. Their attention to detail was meticulous.
Patti works in the iBuild office and was available to answer our questions, provide suggestions and help keep our project on track. She was instrumental in getting our permit and provided the dose of humor we needed to keep us sane during the renovation. She's Tony's right hand and keeps a very busy team on track.
I have shared my experience and iBuild's phone number with those I know who are looking for help with their own renovation. Our house will need additional work in the future and we will be going back to iBuild for those renovations. I highly, highly recommend them.

I have been renovating a 120 year old house and have hired more than 20 companies to do one thing or another and I can count on one hand those that I would have back. iBuild is one of them. Tony's crew framed out my basement, relocated an I-beam and electrical conduit, and dry walled. He showed up to provide the estimate and was very flexible with the schedule. His crew started right away and did an excellent job on what was not an easy job due to the many corners, small walls, and blow in insulation. The price was a quarter of what the other bidders quoted and the work was great. I am in the trades as well and know they didn't cut corners. We have been enjoying our basement and our daughters now have a play room. I will certainly have them back if I have some work that needs to get done.
